Ladies and Gentlemen,

The year 2008 is not only a time of Casus FINANSE’s 11th anniversary. Above all, it is a year of great, landmark changes for our company – changes that will enable us to shift from a service company to become a corporation which will meet the needs of our Clients and employees.

Last year – 2007 – brought plenty of experience and situations in which we proved ourselves not only as an organization, but above all – as people who form the organization. For us it meant changes in many areas of our business. The goals we had set, despite being difficult and challenging, did not stand in our way to carry out the assumed plans consistently and to become successful. In line with our assumptions, the Group developed and reinforced its already stable market position.

That is why today we can say that we entered the new 2008 year, full of enthusiasm and strength to carry out new, even more ambitious tasks.

For years we have been one of the leading debt collection companies in the B2B sector. Now we are going to base the company’s stability on three major pillars: debt collection for the B2B sector, factoring and mass receivables collection for the B2C sector.

We will consistently aspire to go public on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as soon as possible. It means that for our Clients we will be an even more transparent company, and what follows – even more credible. Finances obtained from the IPO will enable us to make investments situating Casus FINANSE among big financial corporations, and the majority interest in the hands of the current management board will guarantee the company employees stability of employment and opportunity for a professional career.

Casus FINANSE is mainly the staff – qualified and committed to their work. And for them this year will be a time of great changes. In 2008 we intend to expand a clear incentive system, extend and diversify the range of trainings and courses for the employees who want to develop professionally. Going public will also mean an option of receiving shares of the company.
We believe that our financial results and plans for the future will be positively perceived by our Clients and employees.
We are confident that our activities so far have confirmed our reliability and credibility. We have reasons to be optimistic about the year 2008. We are going to continue the process of changes. We believe they will be as fruitful as the last decade in Casus FINANSE.
