No borders for debt recovery

The Casus FINANSE Group recovers its clients’ money in 164 countries. The international debt collection department established last year conducts its activities throughout the world. In 2005 the amount of recovered debts totalled EUR 300,000.

The international debt collection department is the newest unit in the Casus FINANSE structure and it was established in response to our Clients’ needs. For several years, Polish companies have been successfully operating on international markets and export has been flourishing. A number of entrepreneurs have changed their opinion on the payment culture in other countries. Overdue payments and problem debts happen in all countries, also in such countries as Germany or France, which are regarded as reliable payers. A popular method of avoiding the payment of receivables is, among other things, lodging a complaint that the goods ordered and received from the Polish entrepreneur are allegedly defective.

Casus advises its Clients on ways of securing their payments with appropriate documentation and contracts. It also helps companies to recover their debts in 164 countries. Casus cooperates with TCM Group International, International Advisers as well as foreign law offices and thus it benefits from the experience of experts in the law of a given country, its traditions, practices and methods used in effective debt collection.
Casus FINANSE recovers debts mainly in European countries such as Germany, France and Italy; however, it also operates in such exotic places as the Seychelles and the Virgin Islands.
