Future of the debt collection market

Specialists regard securitization of receivables as the most significant trend in the process of management of receivables portfolios. In Poland however, it meets numerous legal and economic obstacles to its development. Casus FINANSE representatives took part in a conference "Securitization of bank and leasing receivables", which was held in Warsaw on 5-6 June. The meeting was attended by representatives of banks, debt collection, leasing and consulting companies. The conference concerned book-keeping, accounting and tax aspects of receivables turnover, among other things, comparing the tax effectiveness of different securitization models.
