Casus on-line – Internet debt collection

The company has finished comprehensive modernization of its IT systems supporting the debt collection process, customer care and internal work of field specialists. CRM, the internal intranet system and the platform for Casus on-line clients have been integrated. Since the beginning of June the system has been fully operative. Tests and employees’ training lasted for two months. The last stage cost PLN 70,000, the whole project – PLN 400,000. A Poznań-based company Bestcom cooperated on the modernization.
