Our Clients use Business Intelligence Reports both as prevention, before granting a mercantile credit, and before taking legal action. In the latter case it is important to establish items of the debtor’s property so that enforcement by a bailiff is effective. The Report prepared by Casus Detektyw can be used in proceedings at law.
