Casus FINANSE’s long-standing experience and effectiveness guarantees our Clients a comprehensive support of court and enforcement activities.

Within the offered service, Casus FINANSE will check if all necessary documents, constituting the basis for initiating a legal procedure and conducting it in proceedings aimed at issuing execution clause, an order to pay, admonitory proceedings, and enforcement proceedings are prepared.

Casus will prepare letters and correspond with debtors in order to sign agreements which have to be included in the course of initiated proceedings. The company will deal comprehensively with judiciary bodies. It will use telephone contact or even contact in person to monitor the course of action.

Each time you will receive periodic reports on the situation of each case in court or enforcement proceedings.

The completion time – two business days for the following activities:

• filing with a competent court a petition aimed at issuing an enforcement clause to the bank enforceable title
• filing a lawsuit on the basis of an abstract from a bank ledger
• filing with bailiff offices petitions for levying the execution
• sending to the bank a petition for delivering documents or information at its disposal and required by the court or bailiff
